Defend Myself-Physical Defense Course

When talking isn’t enough to defend yourself, this course prepares you for the physical conflict. Jiu Jitsu based self defense techniques allow you to either escape or change your opponents mind. Building confidence through experience is the foundation of our Defend Myself Series. Join Sensei Pryor and his cadre for this journey to a better you. This class is obviously physical in nature, you may be put in uncomfortable positions (briefly).
This class covers:
Student Requirements: Good physical condition, no flexibility issues and ability to get up and down from the ground without assistance.
Students must bring: Physical Fitness attire (no tanks, sports bra must have a cover garment), hydration and an open mind. For ladies 16 and older.
